Refund Policy – A la Carte Orders

You acknowledge and agree that The Grateful Pet (Great Kinds Pte Ltd) has no obligation to provide a refund for products or services rendered once payment has been made.

Non-subscription type (A la Carte) Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Notified within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund
  • After 24 hours & at least 2 working days’ notice: $15 processing fee
  • Less than 2 working day’ notice: No refund

Refunds will also not be issued for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or third-party logistics partner disruptions. If we are required to cancel your delivery for any reason, we will notify you via email or phone of rescheduled plans.

Refund Policy – Subscription Orders

  • Rescheduling a delivery (already billed): No charge, minimum 2 working days’ notice from your original delivery date.
  • Cancelling a subscription before renewal (not yet billed): Click here to view your subscription and cancel with immediate effect. Alternatively, you can contact our team to assist with cancelling a delivery/subscription No charge, minimum 2 working days’ notice from your upcoming billing date if you require our team’s assistance with cancellation.
  • Cancelling an order (already billed):At least 2 working days’ notice: 15% processing feeLess than 2 working days’ notice: No refund
  • Medical-related cancellations: We will do our best to review last-minute cancellations due to medical reasons, provided there is supporting documentation, on a case-by-case basis.

Order cancellations and refund requests made with less than 2 working days’ notice to delivery date will not be refunded in any amount due to the perishable nature of our goods and because the order may have already left our kitchen.
