Refund policy

A la Carte Orders

You acknowledge and agree that The Grateful Pet (Great Kinds Pte Ltd) has no obligation to provide a refund for products or services rendered once payment has been made.

Non-subscription type (A la Carte) Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Notified within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund
  • After 24 hours & at least 2 working days’ notice: $15 processing fee
  • Less than 2 working day’ notice: No refund

Refunds will also not be issued for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or third-party logistics partner disruptions. If we are required to cancel your delivery for any reason, we will notify you via email or phone of rescheduled plans.

Subscription Orders

  • Minimum commitment for subscription discount: To enjoy the subscription discount, a minimum of two successful payments is required. Cancellations before completing two successful payments will incur a $15 processing fee.
  • Request for cancellation after two successful payments (order already billed): A 15% processing fee will be applied based on the billed order, with a minimum of 2 working days’ notice. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 2 working days’ notice.
  • Medical-related cancellations: We will review requests for refunds arising from last-minute cancellations due to medical reasons on a case-by-case basis, provided supporting documentation is submitted.

Order cancellations and refund requests made with less than 2 working days’ notice to delivery date will not be refunded in any amount due to the perishable nature of our goods and because the order may have already left our kitchen.
