Congratulations on being the lucky recipient of a Golden Ticket!
To claim your prize, kindly complete the following steps within the first three days of finding the Golden Ticket:
Step 1: Record a short video of your dog or cat with the physical Golden Ticket included.
Step 2: Post the video on your Instagram profile and tag us @thegratefulpetsg in your video. Please ensure that your Instagram profile is set to public so that we can reshare it on our page.
Step 3: Send us an email at support@thegratefulpet.sg with your full name, quote the serial number on the Golden Ticket and provide us with the link to the video post on your Instagram page.
Once we have received your email and verified that the video post has been shared on your Instagram page, the $50 store credit code will be emailed to you within 3 working days. All Golden Tickets must be claimed via email by 20 January 2024.
Instructions on how to to retrieve the video post link on Instagram
Open up the video post on your Instagram profile. Next, look for the paper plane icon (it also looks like a right pointing arrow). Tap on it and at the bottom there will be an option to ‘Copy link’. From there, you can paste the link directly into your email message to us.
