Subscription FAQs
Kindly note that item changes to your subscription will only be reflected in your next bill.
To adjust quantities for existing items on your subscription plan:
Step 1: Login to your account (https://thegratefulpet.sg/my-account/)
Step 2: Under ‘Subscription Plan’, click ‘View’ on your active subscription
Step 3: Next, click ‘Edit Subscription’
Step 4: From there, you will be able to adjust the quantities of pre-selected recipes for your subscription by clicking the (+) or (-) buttons
Step 5: Click ‘Save Details’ to finalise your changes.

To adjust your upcoming delivery date in your account, kindly note that this will only be possible if the bill for this upcoming delivery has already transacted and there is at least 2 working days between the billing date and your intended date change. You will not be able to make changes if both of these conditions are not met.
Example:
Billing date 13 August, original delivery date is 19 August.
The earliest delivery date you can select will be 15 August (13 August + 2 working days).
To make the changes:
Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: Under Orders > Purchase History, select the latest order from your subscription plan and click on ‘View’
Step 3: Under ‘Delivery Date’, click on ‘Edit’ and proceed to change to your preferred date and time slot
Step 4: Click on ‘Update’
For subscribers: Please note that your delivery will now recur from this newly changed date, depending on the delivery frequency you have selected for your subscription plan. If you do not wish for this to be a permanent change, you can adjust your following delivery date once the bill next transacts.
Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at support@thegratefulpet.sg for assistance. Please inform us at least two (2) working days ahead of your scheduled delivery so that we can accommodate your changes for free. There will be a fee of $10 imposed on changes made less than two (2) working days ahead of your scheduled delivery.

There is no option to pause your subscription plan, however we understand that taking a break might be important, so you can always cancel your plan if needed and easily resume by placing a new order whenever you’re ready.
To cancel: Go to Subscription Plan > Search for your active subscription > Click on Cancel
To resubscribe: Go to Subscription Plan > Search for your cancelled subscription > Click on Resubscribe

Updates need to be done before the renewal/billing of your subscription plan takes place. If the address is updated after the billing has happened, even if the delivery has not yet taken place, the updated address will only be reflected on your following delivery.
Example 1.
Address updated before billing takes place
Delivery #1 will be sent to updated address
Delivery #2 will be sent to updated address
Example 2.
Address updated after billing takes place
Delivery #1 will be sent to previous address
Delivery #2 will be sent to updated address
To make delivery address changes for subscription plans:
Go under Account > Subscription Plan > Select Active Subscription > Click View > Change Address > Save Address
As changes to delivery addresses for a la carte orders are not possible, please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.

All subscription plans are auto renewing unless you choose to cancel your plan. Billing occurs either every two, three or four weeks from your last billing date, depending on the delivery frequency you have selected.
Example:
You placed your first order for a subscription plan on 7 October and selected 11 October as your delivery date, delivered every 2 weeks.
Billing date #1: 7 October
Delivery date #1: 11 October
Billing date #2: 21 October (2 weeks from 7 October)
Delivery date #2: 25 October (2 weeks from 11 October)
